🛡️ Its Core Mission: The Last Clean-Up Before "Going Home"

Think of the return oil filter as a "Security Guard" stationed at the entrance of your oil tank.

When lubricating oil finishes its job, it often carries back wear metal particles, dust, and sludge. As this oil tries to re-enter the tank, the return filter intercepts these harmful substances.

This provides two direct benefits:

System Protection: It prevents impurities from being pumped back into the system, avoiding wear or seizing of precision parts like pumps and valves.

Oil Cleanliness: It keeps the oil in the tank highly clean, extending the life of both the lubricant and the entire machine.

🔬 High-Precision Media:

Made from advanced glass fiber or synthetic materials, our filters achieve precision from 1μm to 30μm. They offer a large filtration area, high dirt-holding capacity, and low pressure drop, efficiently trapping even microscopic particles.

🚨 4. Clogging Indicator (Sender)

When the filter is blocked to a certain degree (pressure reaches approx. 0.35 MPa), it triggers an alarm (visual pop-up or electrical signal). This alerts operators to replace the filter immediately, enabling predictive maintenance and avoiding sudden breakdowns.

🛑 5. Check Valve / Self-Sealing Valve

When changing the filter, this valve automatically closes to prevent oil from leaking out of the tank. Maintenance becomes clean and easy—no need to drain the tank, saving oil and reducing pollution risks.

💧 6. Flow Diffuser

Located at the bottom of the element, this perforated diffuser ensures oil flows smoothly into the tank. It prevents bubble formation and stops sediment at the tank bottom from being stirred up.
